Understand that being AU NATUREL is a LIFESTYLE!!
I designed this blog for young women to be able to communicate about being natural and about being a woman.
Hope this helps those transitioning, already natural, and those women who just want to chat about the lifestyle being a woman. Networking is key to successful living. Express your style via your hair or your outfit. ONE LOVE and ENJOY!!

Hey hey!!
What is you favorite natural hair care line or do you mix the lines?
Qhemet Biologics has been my tried and true line for some time now, but I'm starting to reach out and explore other lines. While having short hair, Kinky Curly Curling Custard has been a staple for me, but as my hair begins to grow back, I see myself looking for other products. This week I tried Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Stimulator. It's like their very own knockoff of the KCCC. So far the results have been great and I've received tons of compliments, but I'll see how it goes by the end of the week. Two of my friends are great fans of Karen's Body Beautiful. I've tried the Sweet Ambroshia, and while it did give me some okay results, I'm stil not completely sold on it. I tried the Shea Moisture line, but for some reason it feels like my hair has a residue on it, so I'm not a fan..lol. Miss Jessie is just too rich for my blood..haha
I am currently using Miss Jessie's and YES it is a little bit more expensive than the others. I like it but it is not a cowash product. For me I had to completely wash my hair and reapply the product.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CAROL'S DAUGHTER LOC BUTTER AND PURIFYING SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER. There are other oils of hers that I like but these three products are my life. LOL I won't do my twist without that LOC BUTTER. I sometimes will use organic roots loc gel on the ends to keep the frizz down.
I haven't used Kinky Curly but I probably won't either. I didn't too much care for the consistency of the product. TOO LIGHT!

ReplyDeleteCan you get Quemet Biologies in a store or just online, also is it ok if I use the same products on my 4 year old daughters hair?
